Out of the Shadow wurde erstmals als siebenminütiger Showcase beim internationalen HipHop-Event „Battle of the Year“ in Deutschland 2006 aufgeführt. Eine 20-minütige Version wurde 2007 auf der Breakin ‚Convention in London präsentiert und dann eine 50-minütige Version Ein Jahr später im Jahr 2008 Headliner.
Im Jahr 2009, nach zwei Jahren kreativer Entwicklung, wurde eine abendfüllende 80-minütige Version des Werkes uraufgeführt. Es tourte durch neun Bühnen in ganz Österreich und beinhaltete zwei Aufführungen mit Live-Begleitung eines 60-köpfigen Orchesters. Im Herbst 2013 tourt Out of the Shadow erstmals mit Dance Touring Partnership durch Großbritannien, unter anderem in London im Southbank Centre.
Out of the Shadow ist eine Arbeit in drei Akten, die das Publikum auf eine Reise mitnimmt, beginnend mit dem Beginn des Universums und bis in die Gegenwart. Evolution, menschliche Entwicklung, Entscheidungen und Konsequenzen werden in einer packenden physischen und emotionalen Sprache choreografiert. Das Stück porträtiert die Ungeduld und den Konflikt zwischen Individuen und Gemeinschaften, um die bedrohlichen Folgen der zeitgenössischen Entwicklung der Gesellschaft zu veranschaulichen.
